Deliverable Ownership

Upon receipt of final payment, MSOfficeAddin.com transfers the ownership of custom-developed source code to the Client. We retain the right to use our pre-existing libraries and frameworks.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all non-public information, project specifications, and business data as "Confidential Information." We are happy to execute standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for enterprise projects.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is." While we guarantee professional-grade code, MSOfficeAddin.com makes no warranties regarding the absolute absence of bugs or the future availability of third-party APIs (e.g., Microsoft Graph API changes).

8. Limitation of Liability

Crucial Clause:
