The Challenge
A mid-market manufacturer tracked supply chain KPIs across five facilities using a mix of weekly emailed spreadsheets and manually refreshed pivot tables. Our Solution
We built an Excel add-in with a rich task pane that fetches live inventory, shipment status, and supplier lead-time data from the company's ERP via REST APIs. Dynamic charts update on demand, threshold-based alerts highlight cells approaching reorder points, and a drill-down sidebar lets managers view shipment-level detail without leaving Excel.
