The Challenge

Our Solution
We built a Word task-pane add-in that connects to the firm's SharePoint matter list, retrieves the relevant client and matter data, and populates a structured template using Office.js content controls. The add-in enforces required-clause validation (highlighting missing or altered clauses before export) and applies a firm-wide style guide automatically. Attorneys select a matter from a searchable dropdown; the rest is filled in seconds.
